What would you do if “aggregators” would redistribute your content without asking for permission?
I was surprised to see that Rodrigo got so upset discovering that a site resembling to an online news aggregator supported by ads publishes his content without his approval and, what’s worse, is supported via Google ads. He says this is an infringement of the CreativeCommons license(that having ads on the site means commercial use). What do you think?

as I said on my blog, I was particulartly pissed by :
1) there is NO way to contact anyone the site
2) they clearly pollute all the searches on my blog.

From the first look at the site, it gave me the feeling to be a splog… I guess there is not a lot one can do to stop sploggers; obviously, the CC license won’t help in this matter.
Regarding the pollution of searches, I’m having a hard time myself with some “pseudo-search-engines” whose result pages pointing to my site appear on google instead of the originals. But I guess there is not a lot one can do in this matter as well, besides trying to boost its own page rank at th maximum…
