Fruit de Canelle

Ziad, one of my two Lebanese office mates, arrived today from his holidays and offered me a Christmas present: two pieces of “Fruit de Pomme Canelle” (Cinammon Fruit Apple aka Anone) which seems to be a popular fruit in Lebanon, but unheard of in Paris.

(and, partly eaten:)

(it is a lot more tasty than it looks, I gurantee it)

The only drawback? I have to eat it soon, before it turns…
