Am I the only one starting to notice that Google Search starts to suck? Come on…
If I search for alexandru brie on Google, my website is on the first position(luckily), but that’s about it. The following couple of websites have nothing to do with me but quoting my name in one tiny place. The Livejournal blog (the one I had from february 2004 to september 2004) is listed on the 22nd position.
The search gets even worse when looking for Generatia de afara . My post is quoted on the 8th position, although this is where most of the links to my essay point to. The weird part is that the first and second positions belong to some unknown Yahoo 360 blogs, which for starters don’t even have search-engine-friendly urls.
On the other hand, Yahoo Search does justice and restores a much fairer order.
Hey, Vivi , what are your friends at Google doing? Are they starting to lose ground on the search engine war?

I tried the experiment and for 2 different searches MSN was the most relevant—to me anyway. YUCK!
