The bilingual posts don’t bother me. Personally, I would like all stories to have an English version—there are many interesting topics that I want to point out to my international friends but I can’t when they are only in Romanian. Why romanian and not english ? Because :

I still think this is a very nice idea, but I don’t think people are there yet (considering how many associate “free” with “costless”).
